MVHR commissioning

We commission other systems as well as our own, provided there is a coherent design we can review.

This involves setting the designed flow rates for each speed, and balancing the system by apportioning the right amount of air to (or from) each room.

We are looking to meet the designed rates, as well as minimum rates for Building Regulations (Part F), while using our experience to find a flow rate which is sensible for the room size and usage.

The system will be set to the optimal settings and/or customised for the homeowner (for example timed programs).

We will handover the system by explaining the main functions, how and when to change filters, how to keep the system running optimally.

Finally, you will receive a certificate for compliance with Building Control.
