I can design your system using the latest software, and supply the best components from a number of brands.

Installation

I can install your system in whatever type and size of house, in whatever form the system is (steel rigid, PVC semi rigid). I can work with your architect at whatever stage. I will advise and assist your main contractor or other parties on the aspects they need to do; this may be installing roof terminals, coring large holes for intake and exhaust, wiring unit for power and connecting condensate drain.

Commissioning

I can commission any system I have installed. I can also commission systems I have not installed, subject to me checking the design and where possible, the installation.

Servicing & Repairs

MVHR systems need TLC every now and then to keep running optimally. I can service and repair your system to have it running like new. Oftentimes the system will have fallen out of balance - I can rebalance or recommission at the same time.

​MEV - Mechanical Extract Ventilation

​

The other way to ventilate your home mechanically is with MEV. These systems are extract only, fresh air is drawn into the house through your windows' trickle vents.

 

In fact, most of you will have a form of MEV in your bathroom by means of an extractor fan. This would be known as de-centralised, intermittent MEV (dMEV).

A centralised MEV system (MEV) is one where there is a single fan unit with ducts and intakes to all extract rooms (bathrooms, utilities, WC etc). This will run at a low level continuously, rather than intermittently. The advantages here are that is much quieter than your typical standalone extractor fan, it will typically keep the humidity of the whole house lower, and it needs only one exit to the outside (instead of one per room if you had several extractor fans).
